Good morning,
i am new to LC-MS/MS. This will be the first time i measure or quantify a metabolite.
Please i need your help. i want to know, which standard to use for the following compounds.

ATP, ADP, NADH, NAD, NADPH, NADP.

I also what to know the difference between internal and external standards.

My samples comes from Arabidopsis seeds.
