Hi every body

how can I add to my gc/ms method a post run time of 2min?

Edit your method so that your oven runs 2 mins longer at its max temperature.

And you may be able to turn the MS off for that 2 minutes so no additional data is collected. You can do that on Agilent GCMS using Timed Events in the SIM/Scan Window.
