Earliest Retention time

Hi all, I am using a Zorbax C18 1.8 um Agilent Eclipse Plus C18 column (2.1 × 50 mm). My earliest analyte eluting peak is at 0.82 min. My run time is 6.5 min.

On this type of column is the earliest eluting peak too early or should I change the gradient.

I would appreciate advice.

That is pretty early. I would try to push the Rt out further.
