Bruker 450-GC Oven not heating up

We are using Bruker 450-GC and all of a sudden the oven was not heating up. We have checked oven's temp sensor and it was found working.

We are looking for assistance from those expert people.

Did you also check the oven heater coil ?

Actually, our instruments technician has checked the GC and he has found that the oven heater coil was not working.

Currently, we are looking for another heater and hopefully, we could find in the market.
