Hi,

I was wondering if anyone here has experience analyzing SAM (s-adenosylmethionine) by LC/MS/MS. I am currently using an Aquasil 1x250mm C18 column and have tried both water/ACN and water/MeOH gradients but am having problems with carry-over (I have tried SS and PEEK tubings) not getting a reproducible curve from day to day. I store my standard at -20 with dessicant that came in package but it seems to undergo some kind of degradation or change. I would appreciate any suggestions regarding standard stability, where it might be sticking and what can I do?

thanks
Lisa
