Thermo ISQ Dashboard/Chromeleon Communication failure

Greetings,
I have a ISQ QD coupled with a Trace GC Ultra, I have successfully connected it to Chromeleon, however when I run Chromeleon, ISQ dashboard stops? Chromeleon is conflicting with ISQ and ISQ will only start if Chromeleon services are stopped. I have checked firewall settings and all is good. I'm at a loss, not much help from tech support. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was curious if you resolved this. Our isq dash board just stopped working. I'm at Small university so we only turn on occasionally. Turned it on and it won't work. "Status service not running"

Reinstalled the software but still stuck. I'll keep looking at conflicts windows or something. Gaaah!
