Hi...again! I am getting into using Chemstore much more now and by my own curiousity and 'fiddling' i have managed to write a couple of reports using chemstore.

Although i have managed to work out the basics and a little more i am still trying to find away to get chemstore to work out my agreement between my ''standard A' and B's''.

When performing analysis we run three injections of A and 3 of standard B. Work out the counts/mg (i.e area over weight) and find the Average, and RSD.

I would like to get chemstore to do this for me! Im sure many of you may do this too so your help would be greatful appreciated. Please bear in mind my A's are run as ''calibration, Not samples!

You set this up in ChemStation, in Sequence summary report, not in Chemstore. We use this routinely (with Extended Parameters).

Under Sequence, under Sequence Output, select print sequence summary report, select to report to printer and to report to file (name up to 8 characters). Select Setup, click on #7 to statistics calibration runs, choose Extended Statistics, then OK, and OK. Under Sequence click on Extended Statistics, and choose which parameters you want to be calculated, then save the sequence. All saved as part of the sequence.

This is something we do also, but i am sure this can only be done to get a Average and RSD or the standard A's across the run?!

Correct me if im wrong but i would like to compare both my A's and my B's taking the weights into account?
