Dionex ICS-5000+ pump leaking

My Dionex ICS-5000+ pump is leaking behind the secondary pump head, and its pressure periodically fluctuates. I believe the check valves on both pump heads are fine. Does anyone know what the problem could be? It looks like the leak is from behind or under the Seal Wash Body.
Thank you!
Updated
I have replaced both the piston main seals and the o-rings, but it is still leaking.
It looks like leaking from the Seal Wash Body where the place connects to the seal wash system. Any suggestions?

Sorry. That's why the the lab where I work has a service contract. For years we didn't have one then the motor died very suddenly on the 2100. I noticed it was making clicking noises one afternoon and when I came in the next morning is was squealing. It was panic time.

Yes, I wish my lab has it too. But since ours is a school, it is probably too expensive to get the contract.
