reporting total impurities disregarding peak areas below LOQ

Using Empower 3 how can I get the reported total impurities to only include impurities above 0.05% when calculating each individual impurity.
For clarification, our company just started using Empower (previously TurboChrom) before empower we would use an excel sheet and manually type in each impurity that is above 0.05% to calculate %area of active and total %area of all impurities. With Empower the %area of each individual impurity is being calculated using the impurities that are below LOQ (0.05%) causing the total impurities to be slightly different than that of what we've historically done.
