Environmental analysis

Hi all,
I am looking for methods of analysis for extraction of the following from soils and to be analysed by GC.
btex compounds
pah's
total petroleum hydrocarbons
mineral oils
pcb's
phenols.
i would appreciate any help or pointing in the right direction that can be given.

Also check university libraries and make use of the helpful professionals there.

www.nemi.gov is a good source for U.S. EPA methods.

Dave,
Accustandard has EPA methods for many of those constituents as PDF files. You have to slog through both the extraction methods and the analysis methods but they are the norm in the industry (in the US.)

As an FYI the detector list is definately not complete but those are the most common detectors in environmental labs for those analytes of interest in my experience.
