Peaks not labeled? -- Shimadzu GC-8A

Hello folks,
I am running a Shimadzu GC-8A to analyze CO2 content from microbial respiration.
Today we have run into issues with the chromatopac not labeling the peaks on the printout, and/or not recognizing the peaks at all.
Has anyone ever encountered this before, and if so, do you have any input as to how I may be able to fix this?
