UHPLC/UPLC Peak Capacity

I'm looking for information regarding the typical range of peak capacities that can be obtained with state-of-the-art commercial LC. If it helps, we can narrow the scope of this question by assuming small molecules and/or peptides and gradient elution, reversed-phase UHPLC/UPLC. I understand that this will depend on numerous factors and therefore the answer would give a relatively broad range of values. From my experience, a peak capacity between 100-300 seems about right. I’m having trouble locating a reference (recent journal article or book) that would contain this information. Any information on this topic would be helpful but a scientific reference would be best. Thanks in advance.
