solvents for GC-MS TR5

I have an problem dissolving my samples, it dissolves well in water, but can't use that on GC. Which polar solvents is save to use on an GC-MS with a TR5 column?

Try acetonitrile or methanol. Methanol requires that your column temperature be above the boiling point off methanol or you get poor peak shape.
