What are the parameters to be checked for "Water Activity" test of an API?

Based on the measurement of relative humidity at a set temperature. A commercial bench top instrument will set you back ~$12,000 with a small hand held device about ~$6,000.
Good judgment comes from bad experience, and a lot of that comes from bad judgment.
