Äkta doesn't communicate

Hi,

my Äkta is showing up as connected to the computer but I cannot operate it from the PC. Does anybody know what and how to fix that issue? The other day it was running pretty well, I didn't change anything since then...

I guess you tried a reboot of both Äkta and PC? And you checked the cabling?
What does Unicorn say? Does it see your Äkta at all or not?
