am new students in Chromatography i have no backgound.... the professor ask me to do presentation but i have no idea about which topic should i present ...
is there anyone help me and tell me about new and good topics?

I would suggest you hit the library and browse though recient articles in TRAC - trends in analytical chemistry, Journal of Chromatography, Journal of Separation Science, and such to see if there is an article you can understand and present. I would start wtih TRAC for the more general articles.
