SPE procedure for Vitamin B6, B9, B12

Can any one give me an idea about SPE method for extraction of these three vitamins from human plasma ? I have followed previous published methods but they are not working.

I think Inmunoafinity columns for B9 and B12 is an option; I do not remember if there are a IA Column for B6.
