DMF Method for ETO residue

Hi everyone,


I perform etylen oxide residue test using by GC headspace thermal extraction method in medical grade parts. I want to use DMF extraction method. Does anyone know something about this method.

We extract ETO residue in medical device with DI H2O, placing the extraction at 37C for 24 hours etc.
Using Agilent GC,
we make the EO standards in ice cold H2O and works great.
