Years ago, I had a bad batch, sample won't load. I seem to have the same problem. At first I seuspected an autosampler problem or injection valve obstruction, but these were ruled out. If I use some Dionex vials I have around, everything works great.

Do you have some of the vials now that you are having issues with? If so, please call our Technical Support line at 800-745-8218. We will be glad to work out what is going on and replace the vials if necessary.

To follow up, I narrowed down the problem to the filter caps, they seem to have been a bit small, and the sample was escaping around the cap rather than filtering through it. EE is replacing.

I am annoyed, though, that they were apparently aware of the problem and did not recall the lot(s) is question.
