Issues with IC Cationic Suppressor Method

Have no end troubles :? with an ion exchange method for Bethanechol Chloride (USP related susbstances method) using a Dionex cationic suppressor fitted to a shimadzu CDD-10AVP conductivity meter. Have issues with stable baseline, and seeing the peak of interest consistently when a have the suppressor operating and turned off. Have very little experience with the conductivity meter and suppressor, any help any one could provide would be very much appreciated

We use non-suppressed IC for that application (see AN C-120). Your conductivity detector should be able to cope with the background and its thermal stability.
