HPLC-DAD analysis in human serum

Can anyone please help me, i have to propose a project to analyse some metabolites in human serum by HPLC-DAD, i work in biochemistry lab, So, it's the first time that we will do such analysis by HPLC-DAD.

Can you tell me some examples for analysis witch are simple, rapid (HPLC-DAD).

If you are talking about drug metabolites, usually DAD is not nearly sensitive enough for that kind of work.

No, i dont talk about drug metabolites, but metabolites like creatinine , uric acid,....
