Hello,

I have a problem with the HPLC (32 karat software). I cannot calibrate the detector it always shows "calibration failed". It was working fine before, with minor problems but it's the first time I see this message.

Do you mean the software was working before but with minor problems or that the detector was working before but with minor problems.

Which detector are you using?

I suspect that the problem is in the detector and not the software. Please post more information.
