criteria for intermediate precision

Hi,

I want to confirm if RSD% of 12 restults (6 for each analyst) is typicaly evaluated for intermediate precision validation. This has been our practice.

We typically have the operator and a second analyst assay a sample five times. Each has to be within 2% RSD of their own numbers, and all 1o need to be within 3% RSD.
