Hi there,

Our CDS system can calculate baseline noise in a variety of way incluidng 1) peak to peak and 2) average peak to peak noise.

The EP and USP are a bit vague in describing what is the "official way" to measure noise. Is it acceptable to use No. 2) - average peak to peak noise for GMP system suitability determinations?
Hi Rob,

Try this link:

Perhaps this will help...Waters recommends Peak-to-Peak as opposed to the Average Peak-to-Peak Noise.

Best Wishes!
