I'm using the Agilent 1946B simple quad mass spectrometer, I am running Chemstation B.03.01

I need to convert .ms file into .XML for further data processing
Do you have any free tool or procedure to do it

Thanks for any support
Did you find a solution? I am also trying to view/convert a .ms file. I have tried opening OpenChrom but I get a conversion error.
can you get away with netCDF which is the same as .aia, instead? Chemstation can export in that format.
Hi folks,

please send me demo *.ms files. I would then try to convert them by using OpenChrom. If an error occurs, I would try to fix the converter ... I'm the author of OpenChrom :-). https://openchrom.net/#contact
