TQD mass spectrometer power failure

Hi everyone!,

Im working with this equipment from Waters and the last Friday, when I was decreasing the source temperature and desolvation temp., it, suddenly, switched off. I tried to turn it on again but...nothing. The detector is connected to a UPS.

What could be the reason for this power failure?
