Hi All, I am trying to calibrate my GC for DBAA, I injected it to find the exact RT and after that I prepared standard series. The problem is that the GC showed same responses for all concentrations prepared. Do any one has any idea about solving this problem?

The peak that you think is DBAA (whatever that is) is actually a solvent impurity. Try with a different solvent. What is your expected (from literature or application note) retention and what retention do you get ? Are you using identical operating conditions to the literature method ?
