Calibration failure in TSQ Quantom XLS GC

Hi everybody,
I am working with TSQ Quantom XLS GC and I have faced a problem. When I try to calibrate the system using the calibrating gas (FC-43), I cannot see any signal in Q1 but I can see the relevant peaks in Q3 but with low intensity. The ion volume has been changed and located properly. The Q00 also has been changed. Can anybody give me some information where the problem is?
