i'am submitting you my suggestion hopefully finding someone interested.
as a laboratory agent and GC user and since there isn't many gc users in my country i'am suggesting to do a cross test (le teste croisé), by managing between 3-5 laboratories around the world to do some specified analysis to the same sample then discuss the results..

This sounds like an ordinary inter-laboratory proficiency test, or ring test. These go on all the time and participation is a requirement of most accreditation schemes. Does your plan have anything different about it. ?

Labs will only be interested if what you are proposing that they analyse fits with their capabilities.
