Agilent GC 450 no flow no heat

We have an Agilent GC 450 with a FID and MS detector. A couple weeks ago, we experienced a blockage in the split vent line of the FID injector. After we remove the block and put everything back together, the GC would not respond to any commend. It would not heat up nor have any flow through the system. Upon starting the front panel still lights up and goes through the starting process. Then the whole system would park at 50˚C (injector, detector and oven) with no flow. If we manually change the temperature on the front panel of the GC, it does not response. Has anyone had this problem before or known what is happening? Thanks.

I hope you mean varian GC 450 ,
During the start up does it got stuck by all lights on the GC glowing?
What is the model of ur MS and which
software you are using?
If it is stuck there is some firmware called Remove.GC log to make it to active.mode .
Write.down more.details.

I have seen this on the Varian/Bruker predecessor of the Agilent 450, it was due to a software version mismatch when I swapped computers between instruments, so is not likely to apply to your case. Have you tried shutting everything down - all the instruments and the computer, and restarting ?

Check also that you have all the electricals properly plugged in. Do you get any error messages ?
