Hi there. Just wondering what would be the optimum connector tubing diameter when using a 3.9mm, 15cm 5um particle size waters column? Mobile phase used is generally predominantly ACN with tetrahydrofuran. Any ideas?? Thanks

Keep the length as short as possible.

This is the same general requirement for any 3 - 5 mm id column (e.g., 3.2, 3.9, 4.0, 4.6 mm id).
