dear all
can any one tells me about the procedure for system suitability in LC/MS/MS because in our labs we do the following: we run 6 high concentration samples from the same vial and calculate the CV which must be < 6

My previous lab, we ran six injections and using data from the final five (in case of a partially primed injector on the first) with a CV criteria of ≤ 5%
