Agilent 5975 inert MSD maintenance CD-ROM

Does anyone know how I can obtain the maintenance CD-ROM for an Agilent 5975 inert MSD? I had a copy but can no longer locate it. It is very helpful and contains the entire maintenance/repair/troubleshooting info including embedded videos on topics such as source cleaning, filament replacement, etc. I checked w/ Agilent but they were only able to find individual videos not the entire CD-ROM.
