Has anyone seen an error with the lens2 of a triple quad of Agilent?
It says: lens2 dc driver could not maintain voltage.
the equipment is clean and it is also new.
thanks

Marcelo

If it's new call Agilent I am sure it's under warranty....

Hello,

Could you tell more about the error?
Maybe you post some values from the log, or from the tune parameters.
Could you post the first page of the tune report?
Include also instrument type.
Are you facing diffculties on tuning the instrument or by normal operation ?

Best Regards,

TotosR

Thank you all for the advices. I had to call Agilent and the problem was at the mainboard. It was replaced by new one and that is it.
Regards,

Marcelo
