Is anyone know how to adjust the needle position for CTC PAL? According to the manual, I was just able to adjust the needle position to the injection port of the valve. But it can not withdraw the samples when 100ul sample in 1.5ml vials. I know there are values to configure for that in agilent and shimadzu softwares. Is there anyone know how to configure that in CTC PAL?
Is there any place I can set up a value like other autosamplers

It would be best to use a vial insert if you have such small volumes of sample, but I will also have a look at our PAL to see if I can reply more directly to your question...

thank you!
The point is I have to inject several times, the total volume will be larger than 100ul. then I need put more in the vial. Another problem using insert is I have no idea how to mix them after dilution. I have concern the vortex in insert could mix it well or not.
thanks again!

I see, I just looked and the information is under tray. So you do:
Menu>Utilities>Tray>Needle Penetration
You can test what is best for you by telling it to go to a vial and then try different penetration lengths (for a 96 well plate we have ours in 30 mm but we always using inserts).
