Oil contamination in my API 3000

I think I have sucked oil back into my API3000. I opened up Q0, and it smells like pump oil and there is a fine coating. Ugh. I know how to pull the rail (sort of), so I think I can manage to clean the quads and the interior surfaces. Is there anything else that I need to clean? Vacuum guage? Turbo pumps? It's going to be a long week:(

I pulled the rail and cleaned the quads and all affected parts with isooctane and then with methanol. Put everything back together and tried to run the PPG standards, but it still wasn't working properly. After some discussion with a service engineer, we determined that a part connected to Q0 was on backwards. Fixed that problem, but it still is not working properly.
There is an engineer from Research Scientific working on it right now. His exact words were "This isn't going to be an easy one". It seems that Q0 is burned and the RF is way out of tune. I'm afraid this could get expensive.
