tetra or trichlorosilane by ECD

Has anyone done either trichlorosilane or tetrachlorosilane by electron capture detector? I would think they would be excellent responders but I was curious if anyone had actually done the analysis.

I've never done it with an ECD but I don't see why it wouldn't work. You could probably get a very low detection limit.
