Column Bleeding

Dear All,
In one our C-18 column(Agilent zorabax SB C-18 2.1x150mm,5µ)it is found that the column particles are coming outside.The maximum flow is 0.4ml/min.Why this type of problem coming how to stop this type of column bleeding

I hate to ask, but have you installed it correctly? Some manufacturers put a frit with larger pore size in the inlet . If that is your case some packing could leak from the column.
