Hello - It was always ingrained in me through the years that deviating from an analytical method by scaling up sample preparations is not permitted. In which ICH, FDA, or CFR regulation is this GLP issue specifically described? Please - I don't need a long narrative, just to be pointed in the right direction, if anyone could provide a specific chapter, monograph, or industry guidance. Thank-you in advance!
