Dual plasma controller box 255 NCD

I have plugged in two boxes after a while they go dead, no display nothing. Is it possible the heater has caused some type of short? Anyway I could restore operation???

The controller box should power up and show a display regardless of the heater working. I suggest you check the fuses.
